How to Prepare your Water Pipes for Freezing Weather

• Cover all outside water faucets with a cover
• If inside pipe such as a sink, shower or bath tub has an outside facing wall, keep water dripping to prevent freeze
• Open cupboard door to pipes that have an outside facing wall to allow room heat to enter pipe area more easily
• For colder areas such as the attic or crawl space, make sure pipes are properly insolated with an insulation or heated wraps
• Turn up the heater.  The warmer it is inside your house, the warmer ii is inside you walls where your pipes are.
